For my card i used image Hibiki Formal by Misumedia. I choose Birthday theme for my card.
This lovely image you can find at the Stitchy Bear Store.
I made very simple L/O, and used MS corner punch. My Son love this card, and he wont this card for his Birthday. Cute.
Some sparkles always good to have.
