Here is my card by using Elf Love image by Mizumedia.

My charm i added to her hand. I love this image, look at this sweet face. You can find this image at Stitchy Bear Store.

I made a bow, and added big button, and green gem in the middle.

On the inside, i made simple sentiment "Thank you"

I try this fold for the first time, and i really like it.
